UPPERCASE phone cases are made of highest quality hard polycarbonate. Our Strong Case have an addition interior casing made of a soft silicone. We use a patented 3D printing process, plus the high gloss cases give a vibrant photographic finish that won't fade or rub off.
How long does it take to print my new phone case?
We have teams in Australia and United States who will print and ship your order once received. Please allow for 1 - 2 business days for production as we practice mindful consumption which means we only produce what we sell (made on demand). We feel this is incredibly important to the environment as it reduces unnecessary waste. Your patience is appreciated. Kindly note express shipping doesn't mean express production.

Are UPPERCASE Phone Cases protective?
Our cases feature the most important protective features, while providing minimal bulk. Each case has a 2-3mm raised front lip for screen protection, while our Strong Cases are engineered with a two-layer construction of a hard poly-carbonate shell and a shock resistant silicone inner. Don’t worry, our tougher strong cases aren’t bulky.
Are UPPERCASE Phone Cases heavy?
All our cases have been designed to be comfortably lightweight, slim, and protective.

Are the designs stickers that are stuck onto the phone case?
No, save your stickers for scrap-booking UPPERCASE phone cases are designed to protect your phone using our patented 3D printing technology. Your image is embedded into the layers of the poly-carbonate case, which gives you a true high gloss photographic quality that won't wear off.
Is the front glass screen protected?
The raised edges of the case act as a buffer, stopping the screen from being hit by other surfaces. Although, we recommend using a tempered glass screen protector for some add protection.
What the difference between SNAP and STRONG CASES?
Our SNAP cases are:

Are UPPERCASE phone cases compatible with MagSafe?
Our Snap and Strong cases do allow you to charge your iPhone with MagSafe chargers but do not snap in place and do not work with MagSafe products.
Any issues with wireless charging?
Our Snap and Strong cases are compatible with wireless charging; however, this depends on the strength of the charger. Please note that although MagSafe chargers do charge through our cases, they do not snap on and lock in place.
If you're using a UPPERCASE Phone Grip then wireless charging won't work and you'll need to remove the case.

How protective is the case?
Our cases offer superior phone protection, but in saying that, we don’t recommend testing them from a rooftop. They are designed to protect your phone against everyday knocks and drops. We offer 'SNAP' and 'STRONG' cases, it depends on how clumsy you are. If you are looking for something more protective, we always recommend upgrading to the 'STRONG' version for extra peace of mind. Check them out here. Don’t worry, our tougher Strong cases aren’t bulky.

What’s the go with returns?
Not feeling it? We've got you. We will happily replace, exchange or refund within 30 days of delivery (excluding custom cases). Just send us an email and we will let you know the process to send back to our Australian office.

We offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING ON ALL ORDERS and the option to upgrade depending on where you are based. We have teams in Australia and USA who will print your cases and ship them to you.

We have wonderful production teams in Australia and USA who print and ship orders locally. So you don't have to worry about any duties or customs charges.
How much does a case cost?
UPPERCASE ‘SNAP’ Phone Cases are $44.95 (AUD) and our ‘STRONG’ Phone Cases are $49.95 (AUD).
We also have a limited promotional offer, ‘Buy 3 Cases and Get 20% Off’.
Oopsies! I made a mistake with my order, can I change it?
No worries. Just email us directly at support@uppercases.com.au within 4 hours of ordering and we can make the changes.
Have you shipped my case yet?
Shipping times are in addition to printing/production days (currently 1-2 business days). For standard shipping (non-tracked), please allow for 5 to 10 business days, if you selected a priority service your package will arrive in 2-5 business days. Please note international shipments outside of Australia, the United States, United Kingdom and Italy can take longer.

Does UPPERCASE offer free shipping internationally?
Yes, we offer free international standard shipping when you order 2 or more phone cases. However, we hope for your understanding that due to the recent epidemic outbreak, courier service companies have announced special working arrangements and further limited their delivery services, therefore standard shipping may not apply to some countries. Please select the location on the checkout page for shipping methods available and shipping costs accordingly.

WARRANTY
Does my UPPERCASE Phone Case come with warranty?
Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. We offer a 12-month limited warranty for UPPERCASE-branded products purchased from our website, which covers one-time replacement of the same product during the warranty period. Within 12 months from the date of original purchase, if you discover a fault with your item(s), simply take pictures of the defect and contact us right away with your order number or receipt. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.
