Please allow for 1 - 2 business days for production as we practice mindful consumption and every phone case is made after each order. We feel this is incredibly important to the environment as it reduces unnecessary waste.
We offer Free Standard Shipping on ALL orders, otherwise a flat shipping fee will be required otherwise. Please also note that shipping fee is non-refundable and are on top of production times (1-2 business days). All Orders Come with Tracking.

Delivery time is not guaranteed for Standard Shipping as there are lot of factor affecting its speed and thus we would suggest Express Shipping if there is a date that you would like to meet. The above is estimated time required by the postal service and does not include the processing time of the Customs in the destination country. In some cases the local Customs office of your country may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared, and this may also cause further delay on the delivery.
International Shipping
We provide international shipping. Non-tracked shipping is free, while tracked and express shipping apply an additional fee.
PACKAGE SAFETY & LIABILITY
All shipped orders become the responsibility of USPS. In the rare event that a package is lost, please contact USPS to resolve any problems you might encounter.
TAXES & DUTIES
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery).
CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
While you can choose your local currency through the Currency Selector at the top of our website, all items are priced and charged in AUD dollars at checkout. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will be charged, but it should match closely with the current rate. UPPERCASE is not responsible for any price differences determined by your bank.
