We offer a 12-month warranty for all UPPERCASE-branded phone cases purchased from our website, which covers one-time replacement of the same product during the warranty period. Within 12 months from the date of original purchase, if you discover a fault with your item(s), simply take pictures of the defect and contact us right away with your order number or receipt. We will work with you to guarantee your satisfaction.
Can I stick the Clickit Phone Grip to a leather or silicone phone cases?
We designed the Clickit phone stand & holder to work with our Gloss and Matte phone cases. We don't recommend using this stand on a textured surface.
Can I charge wirelessly through the Clickit Phone Grip?
If you're using a Clickit then wireless charging won't work and you'll need to remove the case.
Is the Clickit Phone Grip permanent on the case?
The Clickit is designed to be able to be removed and added back on, should you wish to permanently adhere it to your case so it does not move at all, we recommend using a permanent adhesive (such as super glue) vs the adhesive we have on the back. Please note all Clickits come with an additional red adhesive for those who want a more secure adhesive.
